A free online Pomodoro timer

The Pomodoro technique is simple: focus on one task for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break, and repeat. This timer runs right in your browser with no install or sign-up, and lets you pick 25, 50 or 90-minute focus sessions and 5 or 10-minute breaks.

While you focus, the time left shows on screen and in the browser tab title, so you can check it from another tab. When a session ends you get a sound and a browser notification, and your sessions for today and the last 7 days are logged as a bar chart.

Every minute you stay adds Power to your region in a live region-vs-region battle, which makes it easier to finish the session.

How to use it

1. Choose Go study or Clock in above and take a seat.
2. The focus timer opens: pick 25, 50 or 90 minutes.
3. When it ends you get notified and can start a 5 or 10-minute break.
4. Open it again anytime with the ⏱ Focus button to see your 7-day log.
5. Switch to My desk view to watch the countdown on the desk clock.

Try 25 minutes for a short session, or 50 or 90 minutes for a longer task. Enter the study hall or office and open Focus to see the timer and seven-day log. My desk view shows the remaining time on the desk clock.

Is the Pomodoro timer free?

Yes. No install, no account and no payment.

Does it keep running in another tab?

Yes. It keeps counting while you use other tabs or apps, shows the time left in the tab title, and survives a refresh.

Where is my focus log stored?

Only in your browser. It is never sent to the server, and it continues when you come back in the same browser.

Can I choose the break length too?

Yes. Choose 25, 50 or 90 minutes of focus and 5 or 10 minutes of rest. Start a break when a focus session finishes.

Can I see the countdown while working in another tab?

The remaining time appears in the browser tab title. The timer keeps counting while you use other tabs or apps and continues after a refresh.

Where is the seven-day focus log stored?

In your current browser, not on the server. Logs are not automatically combined across devices.
