What is Treasure World?

Treasure World is a free browser treasure hunt with a red panda explorer. Walk through three painted worlds and find visible objects tucked among flowers, rocks, fences and everyday props. Read a clue, compare it with the scenery, approach the object and collect it. No app installation or account is required. The game interface, treasure names, location clues and help are available in Korean and English.

Three different places to explore

Woodland Village has a red-roof cottage, an old oak, an apple orchard, a pond and a little windmill. Find four treasures within three minutes. Firefly Grove connects a mushroom cottage, glowing crystals, a stream bridge, a hollow tree, a campsite and a moonflower garden. Find five treasures within three and a half minutes. Seabreeze Harbor has a lighthouse, a fisherman’s cottage, an orange orchard, a fish market, a wooden pier, a shipwreck and a boat shed. Find six treasures within four minutes.

Every stage is available from the start. You do not have to finish one to unlock another. Choose a landscape you like, or move to the next stage after a successful hunt where another stage is available.

Find objects you can actually see

This is not a random reward behind an empty search point. Each treasure is drawn in the world, sometimes partly hidden by a small foreground edge. There are nine collectible types: Starlight Compass, Emerald Key, Moonflower Brooch, Seabreeze Bottle, Firefly Lantern, Mushroom Badge, Pearl Shell Pendant, Sailor’s Gold Coin and Star Sea Glass. Each stage draws from its own selection and each round contains different items.

Tap a treasure in your backpack panel to read its clue. Compare directions and landmarks with the painted scenery. Walk close and press E or use the Collect button. Clicking a visible treasure also makes the explorer approach it.

How to move

On a computer, use WASD or the arrow keys to walk and E to collect. Click an open destination to walk around obstacles. On a phone, use the lower-left joystick and the Collect button, or tap open ground. Grass and sand are walkable too; buildings, rocks, tree trunks, fences and water are blocked. A ground marker shows your clicked destination, and blocked map clicks explain why the spot is unavailable.

The timer pauses while viewing the map, clues or help, and while the browser tab is hidden. A stronger light hint uses ten seconds and counts in your completion time.

Daily challenge and free exploration

Daily challenges use the same layout for everyone choosing the same stage on the same date. Dates change at midnight in Korea, UTC+9. Completing the stage lets you save a time to hundredths of a second. Scores are separate for each stage. Free exploration generates a fresh layout each round and keeps its personal best separate from daily challenge scores. It still has the stage’s time limit.

The current leaderboard stores best times on this device only. Global online rankings are not active yet. Clearing browser storage or using a different device does not automatically transfer your scores.

Play together and notice the details

The game is designed for one player, but friends or families can share the screen: one person moves while another reads the clues. With children, focus on describing landmarks and spotting small details rather than competing against the clock. You can switch to English to explore words for directions and places. This is an entertainment experience, not a program with verified educational outcomes; adults can adapt it to a child’s reading and device skills.

Read the clues against three illustrated landscapes

Treasures are visible objects tucked into the scenery, not random rewards from a magnifying glass. Move the red panda and compare each clue with nearby shapes and objects. Each stage offers a different setting to observe.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free? Do I need an account?

The three released stages are free, with no app installation or sign-up required. The illustrated assets may take a moment to load on the first visit.

Are there only three treasures?

No. The stages contain four, five and six treasures respectively, drawn from nine collectible types.

Does reading a clue cost time?

Reading a clue or opening the map pauses the timer. Only the optional stronger light hint costs ten seconds.

Does switching languages reset my adventure?

The game’s KO/EN button changes the interface without resetting your timer or discoveries. Navigating to the separate Korean or English website page, or reloading, starts from the welcome screen.

Does a magnifying glass randomly reveal treasure?

No. Find the treasures placed among the scenery. Matching clues to visible objects is the main challenge.
