SPEAKING ORDER
Presentation Order
Who goes first? Decide fairly in one click.
Open full screen ↗Prepare the names before drawing
Enter at least two people or groups. Separate entries with a new line or a comma; blank entries are ignored. The tool reads the first 200 entries, so keep the list within that limit and check that everyone is included before drawing. Use clear group names when several participants share a first name.
Reveal carefully and keep a copy
Choose Reveal one at a time before pressing Draw order if you want only the first speaker displayed initially. Next speaker moves through the order, highlights the current speaker and reveals the next name as needed. With the option off, the complete order appears immediately.
Copy produces the entire numbered order, including names that have not yet appeared in one-at-a-time mode. Keep that copied list with the host until you are ready to publish the full sequence. Pressing Draw order creates a newly shuffled sequence, so agree whether redraws are allowed before announcing the result. Copy the agreed order into your meeting notes or class announcement if you need it after the session.
How to use it
Enter names or groups, draw the order, optionally reveal one at a time and copy the list.
